The Preschool Assessment & Learning Services Center provides comprehensive developmental assessments for children aged 3 to 5 via the school system in Hamilton County.

Program serves both typically-developing children as well as those with disabilities/special needs, ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Speech, feeding, vision, occupational, and physical therapies are offered on-site.

Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Siskin Children's Institute achieves its mission through education, pediatric healthcare services, home & community-based programs and outreach services in the field of developmental disabilities.

Education: Early learning center for young children with and without disabilities ages 6 weeks to pre-K. Serves children with and without disabilities.
