The minimum age to attend class is 13 years old. Our fitness center in Pittsburgh, PA also has a course for iLoveKickboxing Kids. This kids fitness class is exclusively for ages 6 thru 12 and children do the same workout as the adults. The variation is that these workout lessons for kids are 45-minutes rather than an hour.
